Carrie has practiced public accounting since 2001, serving both public and private real estate clients, including real estate investment trusts (REIT), investment funds, developers, commercial property owners and managers, broker dealers, and restaurants. Carrie’s technical experience includes acquisition and lease accounting, revenue recognition, SEC accounting and reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal controls.

As the engagement partner, Carrie emphasizes proactive, honest, and ongoing communication with management and the audit committee.
