Chad has practiced public accounting since 2007. He manages and participates in financial and operational audits of community banks, public company banks, and credit unions. He also provides related management recommendations for enhancing internal controls and efficiency improvements under AICPA, FDICIA, and PCAOB standards; loan file analysis and evaluation for member business, commercial, and real estate loans; evaluation and application of complex accounting issues such as recapitalization transactions, mergers, and FDIC-assisted acquisitions; and review of SEC registration statements, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and S-3.
