Biography

Dan has practiced public accounting since 1998, providing tax and consulting services. After spending several years with Big Four firms, Dan joined Moss Adams, where he focuses on tax and business issues for real estate, construction, and transportation companies.

Dan develops and implements tax planning strategies for partnerships, limited liability companies, and S corporations and has been involved with many corporate restructuring and purchase and sale transactions. He is active in the Puget Sound Region’s construction, real estate, and professional services tax leadership committee.
