David has practiced public accounting since 1977. He provides accounting services and federal and state income tax return preparation and compliance and planning services for real estate, entrepreneurial, international, multi-state, and other business domestic and foreign partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations.

David also has significant experience with domestic and foreign owners, developers, operators, advisors, and managers of real estate businesses and their partners, principals, and affiliated businesses.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, David spent ten years at a Big Four firm and five years as tax director of an international real estate company. His experience includes working with small, medium, and large businesses on their federal, state, and international income tax returns, tax compliance, tax planning, and accounting.
