Dhaval has been in public accounting since 1997. He primarily serves financial institutions, such as banks, thrifts, credit unions, and mortgage companies of varying sizes, and provides financial statement audits, internal audits, and consulting services.
Dhaval has extensive experience developing policies and procedures, reviewing loan files, reviewing methodologies for the allowance for loan losses, evaluating internal controls and performing related internal audits, and reviewing the accounting for various derivative instruments, transfers of financial assets, securities, and alternative investments.
