Erin has over 30 years of experience in the health care industry with experience in quality improvement, waste elimination, and efficiency. She was a founding member of the Kaizen promotion office at Virginia Mason Medical Center and received eight years of extensive Kaizen training with Shingijutsu senseis including Chihiro Nakao.
Erin’s experience includes translating original Toyota Production System teaching material to health care. She also trained numerous leaders at Virginia Mason in kaizen methods, created training materials and curricula for all levels of kaizen, led kaizen workshops and events and value stream mapping, and has a background in production, preparation, and process (3P). Her focus is applying lean to revenue cycle in all phases.
Erin served as a principal at Rona Consulting Group (RCG) until it combined with Moss Adams in 2017. RCG’s founders were early adopters of the Toyota Management System in the health care setting.
