Girish has focused on transaction services, corporate finance, business consulting, and financial management since 2002. He has worked in the United States, India, Kuwait, and Bahrain, serving clients across multiple industry verticals including aviation, oil and gas, construction, education, food and beverage, financial services, health care, hospitality, real estate, technology, and transportation. His transactions experience includes a variety of due diligence engagements for strategic corporate acquirers and private equity funds.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Girish held transaction advisory and corporate finance roles at national CPA firms. He advised corporate clients including an international joint venture across its portfolio of investments in medical technology, consumer products, and other sectors; a number of large-scale public-private partnership projects; and a major airline for which he led and delivered annual zero-based budgets and revenue budgets (O&D). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Accountant (CA).
