He specializes in partnership taxation, with experience in partnership interest transfers and redemptions, special allocations, and capital account maintenance. Jarett has extensive renewable energy experience focusing on partnership flip structures that include hypothetical liquidation at book value (HLBV) review and consulting. He also has experience managing large compliance engagements involving multistate filings for pass-through entities and consulting with his clients on a broad spectrum of tax matters.
