Jarret has specialized in telecommunications since 1997. He specializes in providing accounting, auditing, and consulting services to small and midsize rural ILECs and broadband service providers. He coordinates and supervises financial statement audits, provides consultations related to internal controls and FCC compliance, and conducts other special regulatory projects for telecommunications service providers throughout the United States.
