Jay has worked in valuation, financial analysis, real estate advisory, and management roles since 2004. His focus is commercial real estate investment entities.

Jay provides operational and strategic assessments related to ASC 805 Business Combinations and ASC 820 Fair Value Measurement for public and private real estate investment trusts, private equity funds, pension funds, and real estate management companies.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Jay held financial analysis and management roles in the real estate industry.
