Jerry has practiced public accounting since 2015. He provides accounting and consulting services to midsize organizations and publicly traded companies.

Jerry primarily serves clients in the construction, technology, and financial services industries. He’s experienced in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) compliance as well as US GAAP implementation, SEC reporting, and first-time audits of private companies.
