Kathy has practiced public accounting since 1986. In addition, she has over three years of private industry experience as controller for both a local winery and a worldwide retailer. Kathy works primarily with closely held companies, including business owners and their families, on income tax compliance, business financial and individual tax planning, and ownership transition issues.
