Kelvin has practiced public accounting since 1998 and leads the firm’s National Real Estate Practice. He provides accounting, assurance, and advisory services to the real estate and hospitality industries.

Kelvin works with companies across the real estate and hospitality continuum. His clients include public and private companies, residential and commercial developers, investment managers, real state private equity funds, real estate operating companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and family offices, with investments in a myriad of structures and investing in all property types.

Kelvin works closely with clients on a wide spectrum of services including financial reporting for tax basis, fair value, and historical cost generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), real estate outsourced finance and accounting, and valuations of real estate. He also oversees tax compliance and tax advisory services, complex financial reporting technical topics, structuring, and more.
