Lucy has been a trusted advisor in public accounting since 2003, bringing extensive expertise in international and US tax compliance and consulting. She supports local and multinational companies with tax strategies, compensation planning, and human resource solutions for global operations and mobility. She also specializes in tax compliance and planning for individuals and executives with cross-broader complexities.

With a proven track record of leading global engagements for Fortune 100 companies across industries such as high-tech, semiconductors, renewable energy, and financial services, Lucy is well-equipped to address complex cross-border challenges.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, she spent over 20 years at a Big Four firm, honing her skills and delivering results for a diverse client base.
