Michael has practiced public accounting since 1988, providing tax and business planning services to upper middle-market businesses and their stakeholders in the manufacturing and distribution, construction, and commercial real estate industries. He provides services to closely held businesses at every stage of their life cycle—from growth stage to mature enterprises, including assisting in succession and transition planning.
Michael has extensive experience in corporate and flow-through taxation, including merger and acquisition planning and partnership taxation (with an emphasis in real estate investment partnerships). He takes a proactive approach to engagement management, identifying opportunities to add value to his clients’ enterprises by drawing on all relevant expertise throughout the firm.
