Morgan has practiced public accounting since 2007. He provides audit, review, and consulting services to companies in the technology, life sciences, and health care industries. Morgan’s areas of expertise include revenue recognition, intangibles and goodwill, stock-based compensation, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has experience working with start-up organizations and venture-backed companies, and works closely with clients to provide recommendations for enhancing internal controls and improving efficiency.
