Patrick has practiced in the fields of property taxation, real estate appraisal, and accounting since 1987. Throughout his career, Patrick’s expertise is in ad valorem property taxation to include consulting, compliance, and administrative appeals.

Patrick has appeared before county and state appeals boards as an expert in valuations for property tax purposes.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Patrick was a property tax and valuation consultant and previously served in roles in accounting, property tax, real estate appraisal, and county government. Patrick is State Certified General Appraiser in Colorado.
