Biography
Phil has practiced in public accounting since 2006. He works with closely held businesses and their owners, construction and real estate companies, manufacturing companies, and alternative investment vehicles including hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capital funds. His areas of expertise include entity structuring, estate and succession planning, complex flow-through tax planning, and partnership allocations and transfers.
