Robb has practiced public accounting since 2000, providing audit and review services. In his role as the regional industry group leader of our Technology Practice, Robb serves a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from emerging-stage private entities to multinational, mid-cap public companies. His areas of expertise include financial statement audits and reviews of regulatory filings for public registrants, implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404 reporting requirements for accelerated and non-accelerated filers, and research and resolution of complex accounting and regulatory matters.
