He specializes in performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence including quality of earnings and quality of revenue analysis, closing accounts and locked-box net working capital analysis, and financial modeling.
Ryan has extensive experience analyzing businesses in the health care and technology industries with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion. He has advised PE and corporate clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions including asset and stock purchases, mergers, affiliations and joint ventures, carve-outs, growth equity, and other investments.
