He specializes in performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence including quality of earnings and quality of revenue analysis, net working capital analysis and financial modeling.
Ryan has extensive experience analyzing businesses in the healthcare and software and technology industries with enterprise values ranging from $5 million to over $1 billion. He has advised clients on a variety of transactions, including asset and stock purchases, mergers, affiliations and joint ventures, carve-outs, growth equity, and other types of minority and majority control investments.
