Ryan has provided state and local tax services to public and privately held companies since 2012. He provides advisory income and franchise tax services to clients in a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale distribution.
Ryan assists clients in analyzing the state tax implications of a changing organizational footprint and the effects on state nexus. He has also led engagements assisting clients with revenue sourcing, unitary determination, and taxability conclusions.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Ryan was a multistate tax senior manager in the Seattle office of a Big Four firm, where he managed both compliance and consulting engagements.
