Sharon is general counsel of Moss Adams. With over 25 years of legal experience, she has been with the firm since 2011. In her current role, Sharon provides strategic input to executive leadership in addition to overseeing a wide variety of legal matters and managing the firm’s legal department.
Prior to joining the firm, Sharon served as in-house counsel at a major cellular company and a national bank. She began her career in litigation, first at one of Atlanta’s premier law firms and then at a litigation boutique firm in Seattle. She also clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
Sharon is a frequent speaker at the firm’s continuing education programs on risk management, and she serves on several firm committees.
