Stacey has been providing tax solutions since 1992 to many of Silicon Valley’s technology companies in the software, semiconductor, clean tech, and life sciences industries. She specializes in the complex tax planning and compliance issues of public and privately held companies, partnerships, and other flow-through entities.

Stacey is able to advise clients on federal and multistate tax planning as well as compliance matters related to their specific business operations. She also provides a wide array of tax compliance and planning services for individuals.
