Tim's primary expertise includes ASC 740 income tax accounting matters and tax operations outsourcing, IRS tax controversy, accounting methods, IPO solution planning, tax structuring, R&D credits, and fixed asset or stock basis planning. His multidisciplinary approach allows him to effectively address the unique needs of each client.
