Tony has provided financial audits, statutory audits, and consulting services to insurance companies, health plans, risk bearing organizations, and health care organizations since 1993. He also works with health plans established to address Medicaid expansion and other vulnerable populations.

Tony specializes in health, property and casualty, captive, life, and other insurance related organizations. He routinely works with various state auditors and regulators, in addition to regulators from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to help reporting and compliance processes. As a leader on insurance technical matters, Tony is also one of the firm’s liaisons with the NAIC and Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA).

Tony also works with hospitals, medical group practices, not-for-profit health care organizations, ambulatory surgery centers, behavioral health, community health centers, independent practice associations, health plans, and managed care organizations.
