Winnie has practiced public accounting since 2000. She provides tax solutions to both individuals and technology companies in Silicon Valley. She specializes in tax planning and compliance for individuals, including high net worth individuals, expats, and nonresidents; technology companies from early stage start-ups to multi-state and multi-national companies; and partnerships and other flow-through entities. Winnie works closely with clients to provide tax advice on various personal and business tax issues.
