Over the course of his career, Brett has worked across multiple industries leveraging his human capital experience to partner with global HR organizations through their process, technology, and people transformations. Brett guides clients through their business and HR digital transformations, improving customer experiences, operational efficiency, and team performance.
Rick brings over 30 years of expertise in employee benefits consulting, specializing in tax, audit, and business advisory services. His experience covers a range of areas, including employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), equity-based plan design, deferred compensation, and pension plans for both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. Rick serves as a technical expert for various professional firms and sits on the board of directors for a $750M ESOP-owned engineering company, where he chairs compensation and nominating committees.
Jennifer leads the Employee Benefit Plans Practice in the Spokane office, and currently oversees over 50 plans, including audit of defined contribution, defined benefit, and ESOPs. She focuses on financial institutions and works with credit unions, de novo institutions, thrifts, banks, and larger SEC reporting institutions. She has been involved with IPOs, registration statements, mutual to stock conversions, M&A of both private and SEC reporting entities, and HUD audits.
