Brad has practiced public accounting and worked in transaction services since 2004. He has a comprehensive understanding of various client industries and technical expertise in performing due diligence engagements and drafting quality of earnings reports.

Brad has worked on various M&A transactions and has served both private equity and corporate strategic investors with a focus on the middle market of manufacturing and distribution, health care, technology, and energy service companies. Brad was awarded the D CEO Due Diligence Professional of the Year in Dallas-Fort Worth in both 2019 and 2021.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Brad was the CFO of a publicly held real estate company based in Dallas. He previously worked in transaction services and assurance, focusing on pre-acquisition and pre-close due diligence, at public accounting and consulting firms.
