Fred has practiced public accounting for over 20 years. He’s a partner in the Professional Practice Group and serves as the Director of SEC Services. He focuses on emerging issues that impact the firm’s clients and consults on complex SEC matters and other areas related to accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.

Fred’s areas of expertise include public and private offerings (including IPOs), multinational audit engagements, business combinations, stock-based compensation, intangibles and goodwill, and SEC regulatory matters. Additionally, he completed a Professional Accounting Fellowship in the Division of Corporation Finance at the US SEC in Washington D.C.
