Biography

Scott has practiced public accounting since 2009. He focuses on the tax aspects of estate planning, including gift planning and trust taxation, to help his clients achieve their financial goals and manage their tax liabilities. His clients include individuals, wealthy families, and closely held business in the construction and technology industries. Scott focuses on working with founders, executives, and entrepreneurs to advise on equity compensation, employment agreements, pre- and post-transaction planning, qualified small business stock, and philanthropic planning.
