RegisterDaniel has practiced public accounting since 2010. He serves companies ranging from emerging growth to multinational public entities in various technology sectors including semiconductor, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), internet, computer devices, and networking systems.
Daniel has extensive experience in complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition, share-based payments, business combinations, and distinguishing liabilities from equity.
Findley has over 20 years of internal audit and public accounting experience. He’s the consulting group Technology, Communications & Life Sciences Practice leader and the Risk Advisory & Compliance Practice leader, overseeing our technical accounting and IPO readiness, IT audit and SOC, cybersecurity, and SOX and internal audit groups.
Findley specializes in technical accounting and IPO readiness, enterprise risk assessments and internal audit, all phases of SOX implementation and consulting engagements, and process analysis and reengineering.
Bryan leads our cybersecurity practice and has worked in public accounting, supporting security audits and consulting since 2008. His focus is driving integration across cybersecurity compliance engagements including ISO 27001, payment card industry (PCI), FedRAMP, SOC, and HITRUST.
Bryan has led teams to help clients design and build control environments, perform cybersecurity risk assessments, and help clients both increase their security maturity and demonstrate compliance to standards and frameworks.
Emilie joined Iron Road Partners in 2023. Before Iron Road, she worked at the SEC for eight years, most recently as the branch chief of the division of Examinations, Event and Emerging Risks Examination Team (EERT). Emilie began her SEC career as an examiner conducting numerous exams across complex private funds, investment advisers, and investment companies.
