Bob has been in public accounting since 1998, helping clients with California income and franchise tax dispute resolution and tax planning issues. Prior to joining Moss Adams, he was a senior audit manager with the California Franchise Tax Board where he oversaw the examinations of Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States.

Bob serves many of the largest technology, manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, and retail companies in the world, and he has successfully represented clients before the State Board of Equalization. He also serves on the California Society of Certified Public Accountants' Government Relations Committee and Committee on Taxation. In May 2019, Bob received the California State Committee on Taxation’s Saul Braverman Memorial Award for his contributions to the accounting profession.
