Daniel has practiced public accounting since 2014. His areas of focus include providing income tax services to clients in a variety of industries, primarily agriculture and real estate. Daniel concentrates on business tax planning to increase cash flow and tax deduction through value-added services including cost segregation and depreciation analysis, 1031 exchange planning, real estate sales and acquisition transactions, Section 199A Qualified Business Income deduction planning, basis calculation, pass-through entity tax credit calculation, and multistate tax planning.

Shad Winters, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Shad has practiced public accounting since 2004. He provides taxation, tax planning, and business consulting services for family businesses in the agriculture, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, and not-for-profit industries.

Michael Holtermann, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Michael has practiced public accounting since 2001. He provides tax consulting and planning services for closely held and family businesses in the agriculture and real estate industries. His clients include corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, Interest Charge Domestic International Sales Corporations, and individuals.

Jason has practiced public accounting since 2012. He has extensive experience providing income tax planning, tax compliance, and other tax-related services to middle-market corporate and flow-through entities with a focus on multi-generational family business. Jason serves clients in a variety of industries, including agribusiness, food & beverage, and real estate.

Arti Batra, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Arti advises clients on tax efficient wealth transfer planning strategies. She largely works with multigenerational families, individuals, and business owners to evaluate their existing plans and help construct estate plans that align with their goals and wishes. In addition to estate planning, she also works with clients to understand their wealth planning concerns and educates clients on tax law changes which may affect them.
